Hot days in Paragon City

The temperature is really high these days in Paragon City, and the Frequent Flyers Agent Sun Factor Zero is trying to help out as best he can. While lots of people have left town to go on vacation and some just closing their shops mid-day for a siesta, crime has set a new high in the blazing sun.
